WOD March 21st – EMOM

EMOM DAY 2:
EMOM is a training protocol that requires you to complete an exercise for a certain amount of reps under a minute. If you complete the exercise or movement under that minute, you will rest for the remaining time
We will perform 6 exercises ONLY for legs! Let’s see how this goes!!!
20 Lunges
20 Alternating Step ups (onto a stair or a chair)
Full Minute Stair runs (if you live in a bungalow you can do high knees on the spot)
20 Jump Squats
20 Jump Lunges
20 double pump lunges (pump down twice on one side before switching sides)
REPEAT 3x
That’s 18 minutes, you can do it!!!
When you’re done – give me 3 sets of 50 mountain climbers and 30 second hollow holds!!!
