alternating lunges
lateral push ups
crunches
plank
jogging on the spot
Everything here guys is 15 reps, and 3 sets total. If you guys want to add more sets that is up to you but let’s start from 3…
15/leg Step ups
30 Sumo Squats
10 Swings *heavy
15 jump squats
10/side sit through press
10/side snatches
Compete all 3 sets first before moving on to the next station – only 30 seconds rest between each set!!!!
