Great gym, fantastic instructors, overall atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, which is important for such beginners as I am. I joined just a few weeks ago for BJJ classes but it already feels like home for me and I'm always excited to learn at every class. I was choosing between this gym and another one which is a little bit closer to my home, but finally chosen this one and I'm happy of the choice I made. My only regret is that I haven't started earlier.

Very good membership system that allows unlimited classes. The coaches are very professional and experienced. Great for kids discipline and classes engage the kids and are not too repetitive so the young kids don't get bored. I definitely recommend!

I have been training at A&R for 7 years or so in both jiu jitsu and kickboxing, and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Great teachers, wonderful training environment, huge schedule of different classes, great value for the price. Simple! The right answer is Action & Reaction Camps! Our March Break and Summer Camp Programs not only offer THE BEST camp program in North York and Pickering – it offers your child a week of FUN, MEMORIES and NEW FRIENDS!

Your child will build confidence through our martial arts programming, have BLAST playing fun games such as Dodgeball or the Octupus, and enjoy amazing FIELD TRIPS.

What Will My Child Be Learning At Camp?

Our March Break and Summer Camp Programs are designed to keep your child busy! Best of all, it is ELECTRONIC FREE, which will keep your child up, moving and having FUN!

Campers will participate in daily martial arts classes. Don’t have any martial arts experience? No problem! Your child will be introduced to the basics of Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo and Boxing and even earn their White Belt!
