Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a fun class for children that teaches discipline and helps build confidence.

The children in this class are ages 4-13 years. They are split into groups of 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 years old and into 9,10,11,12 and 13 year olds. Each child is at a different stage of development and we have found the best result in separating the children into these groups.

The ultimate goal of this program is to grow your child into a Black Belt that believes in themselves, has a great work ethic and positive morals and values. These are qualities that can carry them through success in their life on and off the mats.
