Great gym, fantastic instructors, overall atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, which is important for such beginners as I am. I joined just a few weeks ago for BJJ classes but it already feels like home for me and I'm always excited to learn at every class. I was choosing between this gym and another one which is a little bit closer to my home, but finally chosen this one and I'm happy of the choice I made. My only regret is that I haven't started earlier.

Very good membership system that allows unlimited classes. The coaches are very professional and experienced. Great for kids discipline and classes engage the kids and are not too repetitive so the young kids don't get bored. I definitely recommend!

I have been training at A&R for 7 years or so in both jiu jitsu and kickboxing, and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Great teachers, wonderful training environment, huge schedule of different classes, great value for the price. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn martial arts from and with the best!

This club practice what they preach. The instructors are former fighter champions , actives in the sport , stay in shape, know how to teach and they transmit all that to our kids , while they learn the arts of the sport, they learn how to respect the opponent, they help each other as well as they want to teach there new little friends cause they become true team players.

Great place to train, Gringo is a awesome instructor and his team is amazing. I would recommend this gym to anyone serious or interested in training Jiu Jitsu.

This place is the real deal. Toronto has a lot of amazing academies and this is defiantly one. If you live in the area I highly recommend training here. If your in the neighbourhood and have time to train make sure you visit.

Great place for kids to learn discipline and create friendships.The instructors are so dedicated to teach not only techniques for Jiu Jitsu and boxing spending extra time with a student if needed, but also good lessons and values for life such as respect for others and friendship.
They don't push you to compete, you do it when you are ready and feel confident.

𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗥We would like to take the opportunity to help some of our youth/juvenile athletes fundraising for their next big tournament!

4 of our own Action & Reaction athletes (Ethan, Julianna, Hanna and Serop) and 2 Cicero Costha Canada Athletes (Malcolm and Quentin) have qualified to represent TEAM CANADA in the 2022 JJIF WORLD Championship in Abu Dhabi, UAE!!Unfortunately the association only covers their registration and uniform, leaving up to the athletes to pay for flight, accommodation and food!We will have a donation box at the party. Suggestion: $20 per family.We will also have games, raffles and prizes. All proceeds going to the athletes. Bring your coins and some spare changes!
