Great gym, fantastic instructors, overall atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, which is important for such beginners as I am. I joined just a few weeks ago for BJJ classes but it already feels like home for me and I'm always excited to learn at every class. I was choosing between this gym and another one which is a little bit closer to my home, but finally chosen this one and I'm happy of the choice I made. My only regret is that I haven't started earlier.

Very good membership system that allows unlimited classes. The coaches are very professional and experienced. Great for kids discipline and classes engage the kids and are not too repetitive so the young kids don't get bored. I definitely recommend!

I have been training at A&R for 7 years or so in both jiu jitsu and kickboxing, and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Great teachers, wonderful training environment, huge schedule of different classes, great value for the price. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn martial arts from and with the best!

This club practice what they preach. The instructors are former fighter champions , actives in the sport , stay in shape, know how to teach and they transmit all that to our kids , while they learn the arts of the sport, they learn how to respect the opponent, they help each other as well as they want to teach there new little friends cause they become true team players.

Great place for kids to learn discipline and create friendships.The instructors are so dedicated to teach not only techniques for Jiu Jitsu and boxing spending extra time with a student if needed, but also good lessons and values for life such as respect for others and friendship.
They don't push you to compete, you do it when you are ready and feel confident.

The Kids are already off to the races completing another wrestling tournament in Milton with some great results!!

We are heading into this Saturday with a tournament in Hawksbury, where we have one of our Gringo Affiliates! We are hoping to kick some butt out there in Ottawa area with some of our adult team and our kids and adults of our Affiliate team!

Back here in Toronto, Igor Mocaiber – one of our competitive black belts will be making his MMA debut! If you need info regarding tickets you can stop by and see Janine or Igor in North York or Pickering!
